Role Overview.

As a Legal Associate at TCC Law, you will play a key role in providing legal advice and representation to clients. You will handle a variety of legal matters, including corporate, litigation, intellectual property, and real estate. You will work closely with senior lawyers and partners to ensure the highest standard of legal service delivery.

Key Responsibilities.

• Conduct legal research and draft legal opinions, pleadings, and agreements.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, arbitrations, and mediations.
• Liaise with clients and advise on legal strategies.
• Review and draft contracts, legal documents, and correspondence.
• Monitor changes in relevant legislation and the regulatory environment.

Candidate Requirements.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LL.B) and admission to the Malaysian Bar.
• 2-3 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) preferred.
• Strong research, drafting, and advocacy skills.
• Excellent command of English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (both written and spoken).
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and highly motivated.
